Khabour in Syria under attack!
Ninos Isho, from Assyrians Without Borders’ partner organisation in Hasseke and Khabour; Assyria Foundation for Relief and Development reports that ISIS attacked the Assyrian area of Khabour today February 23rd and that four Assyrians have already lost their lives fighting the terror group. The conflict is still ongoing.
Many Khabour inhabitants have already fled to Hassake where they have taken refuge in churches.

Ninos Isho, från Assyrier Utan Gränsers samarbetspartner i Hassake och Khabour (Assyria Foundation for Relief and Development) rapporterar att IS/ISIS har attackerad i assyriska områden i Khabour, Syrien. Attacken har inneburit att fyra assyrier har mist livet i samband med att försvara områdena. Invasionen och striderna pågår än.
Många assyrier har tagit sin tillflykt till kyrkor i orten Hassake.
